      Description

      Support the use of configuration file in the M2 controller. At this moment, parts of parameters are hard-coded in the code. This task will try to find them and put into the configuration file.

            Updated the Caraya unit test to use the latest API and output the JUnit xml report. Added the framework to load and read the parameter file.

            Used the json instead of ini file to do the configuration.

            Put the cell geometry into the json file and update the code. Converted the unit.

            This update adds the framework to read the parameter files. The intention is to put the hard-coded parameters in the code to the file gradually.
