      Description

      For simplicity of interface, ap_verify.py uses --id as the data ID argument for both Gen 2 and Gen 3 runs (though the format is different). This is likely to grow confusing as users migrate to Gen 3 pipelines.

      Add -d/--data-query as an alias for --id, and update the documentation to note that it's recommended for Gen 3 runs. Do not deprecate --id yet.
