Loi Ly We also may want to have a way to have a default configuration for standalone vanilla-Firefly and suit builds (e.g., ones running on laptops, or on pop-up cloud deployments / IKC deployments) that doesn't attempt to access a Redis server (or any cache synchronization mechanism). (As discussed on #dm-suit-firefly-dev this evening.)

Similar to `redis.host`, there's a `ehcache.replicate` flag that you can set true or false.  When ehcache.replicate is set to false, it will not attempt to replicate therefore skip through the peer discovery steps involving redis.
