Once ~~DM-26600~~ adds the ability to remove a dataset type, we will need a butler subcommand to make it usable from the command line.

Eli Rykoff fairly small change that I hope gives you what you need.

I haven't tried to implement a bulk removal of dataset types here since that seemed like a fairly rare requirement.
