Update TE1 and TE2 metric implementations

      Description

      The following updates are needed to the TE1 and TE2 ellipticity residual metrics as currently implemented

      • Update to act on measurements from coadds (i.e., forced sources) rather than on matched visits (current implementation)
      • Modify to compute the median of the absolute values rather than taking the absolute value of the average correlation
      • Implement both the shear and distortion convention for ellipticity calculation and make the choice of which (or both) to run configurable.
