Description

Release documenteer 0.6 to PyPI and to conda-forge. This is a critical step for adding documenteer to the stack's conda environment and finally integrating Doxygen with regular CI builds.

We have succeeded in merging both documenteer 0.6.0 and 0.6.1 on conda-forge, see

The 0.6.1 release removed the breathe extension from the deprecated documenteer.sphinxconf Sphinx configuration for Pipelines documentation. This is because documenteer no longer includes breathe in its dependencies. Though this is backwards-incompatible, breathe was never used in production documentation.
