We should not have \gls {} in the acronym entries in glossarydefs.csv (lsst-texmf).

They should all be removed and put in by generate acronyms.tex as appropriate i.e. scanning acronyms definitions as we do documents and marking them up at that point in time. This would also remove the suppression of \gls form the acronyms only runs.
