      Description

      The algorithm to separate stars and galaxies depends (in part) on the ration of flux between the best fit PSF and CModel flux for a source. The results from meas_debelnder and meas_extensions_scarlet are different enough that we should test whether or not this parameter needs to be changed, and if so, to what value(s).
