Rename Hexapod to MTHexapod in ts_xml and rename the CSC package

      Rename Hexapod to MTHexapod in ts_xml, for clarity and consistency.

      Also rename the ts_hexapod package to ts_MTHexapod and rename the Hexapod entry in ts_config_mttcs.
