            Upgraded the repositories of ts_mtm2, ts_opensplice, ts_idl, ts_sal, and ts_xml on summit.

            Generated the test scripts of MTM2 and MTMount in ts_sal/test/ directory.

            Tested the publisher/subscriber of summary state of M2 by cpp and there is no problem.

            Copied the latest rmSalSharedMem.sh to the ~/Desktop/lsst_use_shell/ in M2 server on summit.

            To run the VIPM 2017 to install the needed packages, I issued the IHS-4361 to ask for IT's help.

            We will need to install the packages of STM and Caraya Unit Test Framework after the VIPM 2017 is installed.

            Installed the packages of STM and Caraya Unit Test Framework. I tested on the summit and I can use the SAL cpp test exectuable to change the summary state:

            Upgraded the M2 software to SAL v5.0.0. Used the SAL cpp executable to change the state successfully!
