Basic analysis tooling to make interfacing with the extracted data a bit easier. Plus fix up a multiprocessing bug while I'm in there, and add ability to name stars so that Spectractor knows objects like 22 Lib are stars (it just assumes everything that's a star starts with "HD" which is not true (or maybe it is, but it's not always like that in the logs))
