Time spent coordinating, creating agenda, followups, reporting and holding the weekly TMA Software Integration Meeting
Acceptance Criteria
- Attend meetings with IT to ensure progress is being made with the implementation of the ATS\
- Oversee the requisitions for the hardware needed in Chile
- Pilz coming from Tucson
- Hardware coming from Spain (currently in Customs)

Scheduled a meeting with Julio to catch up on the ATS deployment in the Chile servers
Attended short meeting with Julio this morning where we had a tag up on our current plan. This plan is for eric to move the following hardware into the server room.
- PXI Computer #1
- PXI Computer #2
- Windows10 Computer
It will then take this hardware and will connect the Windows10 Computer to the controll network making it accessible via VNC.
The remaining hardware (which I verified with the vendors) is still on it's way. This hardware that is currently in transit is;
- EIB (unsure yet if rack mountable)
- Pilz hardware (unsure yet if rack mountable)
- cRIO and mounting kit (ordered mounting kit, will be mountable)

As I informed you via email, we will also require a new server for the Win10 and CenOS7 environments. Please request an account to Andy Clements to purchase a server for this purposes.

Ok - I have sent specs and Andy to my knowledge is aware and has agreed to requisition a server.

we have received your requirements for the Windows/CentOS7 machines for this setup. Ivan Gonzalez (DCS at LSST) will follow up this requirements and look for a single chassis that can comply with the specs.
Review completed – next steps are purchasing a server to put the win10/centOS7 environments.
The EIB is still stuck in customs. I have sent Jorge who has helped us before and email to ask if he can work his magic and get customs to continue processing the delivery.
