      Description

      Dashboard builds with LTD Dasher 0.1.8 appear to be failing. Diagnose and fix.

          Ultimately the issue could not be replicated, indicating that it may be an issue in the celery queue or a networking issue within Kubernetes. To debug the issue I did create version 0.1.9 of LTD Dasher which improved the logging output (reducing the verbosity of third-party sources in particular) to validate that LTD Dasher was working correctly.
