When running a Gen 2 pipeline on DECam data, I get errors of the form

astro_metadata_translator.headers FATAL: Ignoring translator header fixup of DECam ct4m20150218t070355: fix_header() got multiple values for argument 'filename'

This is likely related to a signature mismatch found on DM-24253, where DecamTranslator.fix_headers(header, obsid, filename) overrides MetadataTranslator.fix_headers(header, instrument, obsid, filename). From the discussion on that ticket, it's not clear if the preferred fix is to add instrument to DecamTranslator.fix_headers or to remove it from MetadataTranslator.fix_headers.
