Description

~~DM-27800~~ implemented exact matching between tables using the same mergeDet catalog, however pipe_analysis is in the process of being refactored to use pandas instead of affw tables. To avoid interfering with that effort, the pipe_analysis updates from ~~DM-27800~~ will be ported in this ticket once ~~DM-22266~~ is merged.

Since pipe_analysis is being deprecated and there is no real need to match catalogs in anaysis_drp, Sophie Reed and I decided that this ticket is no longer necessary.
