This ticket accounts for the the work done in Nov 2020 prototyping plotting Gen3 PipelineTasks.
The prototype can be found:

Once this skeleton is merged we can continue to add plots (similar to those currently generated by gen2's pipe_analysis

Activity
Initially I focused on developing a pipeline to replace colorAnalysis. At the moment the plots are very provisional and the points included on them are not properly chosen, ie no flag cuts applied. Examples of the plot types made are included here. Some of these plot types are reusable for other analysis plots.
The stellar locus plot in particular needs more work to ensure that the fitting is done correctly.

Now that this initial prototype pipeline and code is made a number of followup tickets will be filed to finalise the code and to add new features.
