Description
From PTC investigations, it appears that the read noise on LATISS amplifier C07 is incorrect. https://github.com/lsst/obs_lsst/blob/master/policy/latiss/RXX.yaml specifies it as 22.16, whereas PTC finds 47.054586638937955. Because of this, the current set of defects in obs_lsst_data mask the entire amplifier out, which is probably unnecessary.
