This has been done on other tickets.

analysis_drp and faro have given birth to analysis_tools which has been in use by the pipelines folks for a year and has been introduced to the commissioning in kind contributors at the https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/DM/May+2023+Commissioning+Science+Validation+Bootcamp+Organizational+Notes
