      Description

      As part of converting pipe_analysis to gen 3, color_analysis needs to be converted. To do this the following things need to be done:

      Decide which plots to keep and which to discard

      Convert the plotting code (linked tickets)

      Write a pipeline to run the new plots.

            stellar locus plots from color analysis were ported to analysis_drp and then analysis_tools. They are being automatically generated with every RC2.
