            I got the connection between M2 cRIO and server now. I got the power status telemetry.

            Based on Tiago, I set the LSST_DDS_PARTITION_PREFIX to be summit. I also modified the ospl.xml as the following:

            There is the problem of MTMount CSC to communicate with the CCW. Russell is trying to fix this now. We will resume the test tomorrow.

            Te-Wei worked with Tiago and Russell to get the CCW/Rotator testing going.  They were able to get through a few problems but there still seems to be some work to do.  Tiago and Russell will continue this work so Te-Wei can concentrate on other things.  Te-Wei work is complete for this task.
