      Description

      The next-generation RSP landing page will be a Next.js app. Being an app allows us to dynamically configure the website for each deployment. Being a React application allows us to use styled-components across many projects. This ticket is to set up the application and its CI and build pipelines. Future tickets will fill in the application's design and functionality.
