      Write a tech note describing how a workflow execution can be created that does not require direct access to the object store and registry during job execution and solely accesses resources at workflow start and workflow completion.

          I made a couple last comments on the document. From batch services viewpoint, after some minor fixes it is ready to merge. The majority of the task descriptions are not batch services though, so leaving the acceptance of those to Nate Lust and Jim Bosch.
