Add heuristic based ObsCore UI transformation

      Description

      When ObsCore tables are detected, add a top level UI transformation which re-postures the UI for image searching.

      There may be some distinction as to whether a user has specifically entered into this UI versus when certain ObsCore features are enabled based on schema/table/columns properties.

      The UI should have an area available for also materializing SIAv2 parameter from other widgets (so a user could copy/paste)
