      Description

      Add a new widget which performs adds string matching (exact or approximate) against the obs_collection column.

      Query against service should be properly generated. Query against service should be properly generated. Ensure the values are generated in an SIAv2 section of the UI (DM-28373), when parameters are in conformance of SIAv2 spec. Show the query as an SIAv2 parameter expression whe parameters are in conformance of SIAv2 spec.

          Note: SIAv2 debug support is there, but it does not plug into SIA services.
