      Support the summit activity of M2 and rotator/CCW tests.

            I updated the M2 hexapod code. I do not have the limit switch fault now:

            I did the M2 hexapod test with Felipe today. We tested the updated GUI and low-level control system can reflect the change of limit switch without the problem. We moved the M2 hexapod back to zero followed by z=100 um without the problem. We also checked the system can transition to the Fault state from Enabled state when the interlock is triggered. After the clearing of error, the system went back to the Standby state. All works well. Now, we need to help Holger to operate the GUI by himself to do the functional test. Andrew will support him to set up the x2go for this.
