Description
Prepare a change request with all of the changes made to LTS-966 during the acceptance testing.

Changes to the LTS 966 document have accumulated over several months. Currently there is a printed out hard copy from the July acceptance test, which has notes for additional changes. (And this should be pretty much the last changes to the API, as we now have everything we needed to test it all successfully with the real tracker.)
I'm not sure if that hard copy has the new set_sim command. That just lets me turn on and off T2SA's simulation mode through the API.
I left the annotated hard copy of LTS-966 in Sandrine's mailbox. I can do the actual CR once we have updated based on the hard copy.
Andy Clements should I wait to be done with the CR before I mark this task as done or should I close it and move to DM-27578?
