      Description

      Update the M2 SAL interface based on the latest xml file. After the summit test at Feb, 2020, the M2 xml has been updated to support more use cases than before. This task is to update the software to support this.

      The main focus is in this task is to fix the bugs of state transition and support the new commands. This task is in the phase 8.

            Tested the applyForce and resetForceOffsets SAL commands on the summit:

            [Apply the force to single actuator]

            [Reset the force offsets]

            [Enabled state with TMA elevation angle]
