      Description

      We have decided to copy the request authorization SAL commands from Authorize to LOVE. Later we will remove the Authorize SAL component.

      Note that ts_salobj will require an update to be compatible with this change (due to a unit test). Make it backwards compatible.

            I merged ts_xml and ts_salobj to develop.

            I have not yet released a new version of ts_salobj because documentation upload fails with a complaint that ltd is not available. If this needs a fix in ts_salobj then I would rather get that into the next release.
