      Build a gen3 repo for auxtel data (2020-01-17 through 2021-02-18 for now), and build a set of calibrations.

            As LATISS data is now available in the `/repo/main` repository, I'm using this ticket to attempt to make actually useful calibration products.  This will also serve as a test bed to write `cp_pipe` documentation (DM-30245), and visualizing `cp_verify` results (DMTN-192).

            A full set of LATISS calibrations is now available at NCSA, and should produce reasonable results.  The final collection is `u/czw/DM-28920/calib.20210720`.
