      This is a catch all ticket for upgrading several projects to support ts_salobj 6.3. Most of them are EAS projects. These instructions will be followed:

            One unit test case for ts_GenericCamera fails until the PRs for DM-20800 and DM-28538 get approved and the changes merged into develop.
