Remove the hard-coded hardpoint list in M2 cell software. Although the Harris provided the MATLAB tools to generate the configuration files for user-assigned hardpoint list, the M2 cell software hard-coded the list already (check the calculation of LUT force to see the related vis). This needs to be fixed to allow the M2 server to assign the different set of hardpoint list.
