      Description

RFC-758 is removing the command-line-style names from ap_verify. Stop using these names as the SQuaSH/Chronograf dataset identifiers and use the repository name instead.

I propose not including a grandfather clause in the Chronograf queries for this change, as doing so in this case would be fairly complex. This means that, for example, "CI-HiTS2015" and "ap_verify_ci_hits2015" would appear as independent data streams in Chronograf.

Once both DM-29040 and DM-29041 are done, old-style names can safely be removed from Jenkins configs. Since this ticket requires changes to the Jenkins script anyway and such changes are more difficult to review and test, do DM-29041 first, if possible, so that all Jenkins changes can be done together.
