      Description

      For interfacing with the future DREAM AllSky camera a CSC is needed that interfaces with DREAM. The CSC will need to be able to command DREAM and to receive data. This ticket is for starting the implementation of this CSC.

            A basic CSC with a few simple commands and simple telemetry was created. The commands and telemetry will be refined over the next weeks.
