      Description

      lsst.ap.verify.Gen3DatasetIngestTask needs a DECam-specific override file that, at minimum, sets lsst.obs.decam.DecamRawIngestTask as the ingester. The existing obs_subaru file can be used as a template.

      For testing purposes, the difference between the default RawIngestTask and DecamRawIngestTask seems to only matter when doing data ID queries that involve the detector; the former registers all datasets as a single detector.
