      Description

      Add MJD bounds to BestSeeingSelectVisits Tasks, so that we can construct single season templates.

      See e.g. https://github.com/LSSTDESC/dia_pipe/blob/master/python/lsst/dia/pipe/selectImages.py

      Simple if we switch getting visit-level stats from "visitSummary" output from ConsolidateVisitSummary rather than "sourceTable_visit".
