This ticket is an extension of DM-28341.
Completion criteria:
demonstrate that we can ingest 3 types of PhoSim images into gen3 butler: lsstcam, corner sensors, and comcam.

I wonder which parts of the process need to be executable from the notebook. I pushed to the ticket branch https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_analysis_notebooks/blob/tickets/DM-29356/aos/image_ingestion/ingest_images_gen3.ipynb , which shows how the raw images were made with phosim, repackaged, and ingested into gen3 butler repo. In the notebook one can inspect the gen3 repository. I can change that if you would rather have the creation of the gen3 repo be the interactive part as well.
