The many pipelines we have in `faro` create confusion. Organize them better, and add documentation (in the .yaml?) to clarify which pipelines to use for different situations.

ALSO: The "default" pipeline to "run all the metrics" in `faro` does not apply external calibrations (we want that behavior for the CI jobs). Create a new "run all metrics" pipeline that applies jointcal and FGCM.
