Update subtask name in processImage (astrometer -> solver)

      Description

      Due to a subtask renaming from astrometer to solver in DM-2740 (see commit), the associated call to astrometer in processImage in pipe_tasks needs to be changed to solver.

      This relates to DM-2329 (and will likely be restructured there).

            I'm not sure this kind of bug requires an official review, but another set of eyes never hurts. i've just kicked off a Buildbot. Would you mind giving this the go ahead if that passes?

            This looks fine for a quick fix.

            I suggest you use MatchOptimisticBTask for the more thorough fix, but note that it does not return metadata, just the matches.

            I think that kind of thoroughness is what DM-2939 is for...this really is meant to be a quick fix.
