Firefly's logout URL is the old oauth2_proxy URL. Override it with the new URL in the Firefly chart.

Upgraded on data-dev, data-int, NCSA int, and NCSA teststand to the new 2.1.1-3 release.
data-dev and data-int now updated to 2.2.0, which includes the fix for compatibility with Gafaelfawr 2.0.

should queue up the upgrade on all other environments and remove the override of the logout URL. This doesn't handle switching between Firefly and SUIT; we'll get that as part of a later story.
Merged the remaining diffs. We'll do rollout as part of deploying the fix for DM-30073

Configuration override deployed to data-dev. Gregory is working on a new release, and will close this story once that release is out and the version number bumped everywhere and confirmed working on at least one environment.
