Update salobj env var docs to link to ts_ddsconfig docs

      Description

      The ts_salobj documentation includes a description of configuration. Remove unnecessary duplication with the documentation for ts_ddsconfig and provide a link.

      I suggest waiting for DM-29713 in order to finish this work, in order to remove more duplicate entries.

            I also added arch="noarch" to Jenkinsfile.conda. As a result I am not waiting for DM-29713. A future update can remove any remaining duplicated env var information.
