Extend DRP pipeline definitions and labeled subsets

      Description

      Add the single-shot FGCM PipelineTask(s) from DM-29348 to the obs_subaru DRP.yaml and multiVisit subset.

      Add other PipelineTasks from that pipeline to the singleFrame and multiVisit subsets as needed to maximize how much of the full pipeline those subsets cover. Exception: keep diffimDRP separate until we've had more time to test and tune it.

      Starting from DM-29596 branches, move as possible of the the common subset definitions to pipe_tasks and override as necessary in obs_subaru and obs_lsst.

          I'll try to build some QGs in the meantime to get some real testing of these as well, but I don't think I'll have time to actually run anything.
