      Description

Currently, some of the MonteCarlo unit tests checking if the measured flux and associated uncertainties are accurate check if the deviation from the true value is less than some positive number (determined by the uncertainty). This fails to capture large deviations in the negative side. This ticket is to take an absolute value of deviations in all such cases.

Fortunately, none of the tests were really broken and the unit tests pass after the change. Nevertheless, this fix will catch any potential error in flux/centroid estimates in the future.
