      Description

      Update DMTN-049 based on community input from the first set of PZ Virtual Forums.

      Especially Section 4, "Evaluation Criteria", and Section 5, the "Call for Letters of Recommendation".

      Write an associated Community.lsst.org post to advertise the call for LoR and PZ Virtual Forum series 2.
