After unplugging and re-plugging the EtherCAT cable:
Unplug the EtherCAT cable between the control PC and the first Copley XE2 drive.
An EtherCAT Lost event is created and the system transitions to Fault state.
The EUI switched off without warning.
Te-Wei Tsai added a comment -
The netbooter can power-cycle the drive and CPU (PXI), not all cabinet.

Restarting the EUI worked and the Statemachine transitioned to Enabled state.
However after ~4days of resting with the emergency stop pressed.
– the EUI did not permit to clear the fault after the emergency stop was released
– the low-level controller was unresponsive, Te-Wei Tsai helped but the low-level controller could not be reset by software.
– the hexapod cabinet needed to be restarted using the netbooter to solve the problem.
