Update RTN-001 for the DP0.1 table rename

      Description

      In DM-29763 it was proposed to rename two DP0.1 tables
      "dpdd_ref" --> "reference"
      "dpdd_forced" --> "forced_photometry".

      RTN-001 needs to be updated.
