with changes required to build the Portal application (suit) against recent builds of Firefly.
Look at and merge the changes, update the Portal application version number accordingly, and make a release based on Firefly 2021.1 2021.2.1.

In the process, return to the original intent of having master of lsst/suit be self-defined to build against dev of Caltech-IPAC/firefly.
Immediately following this we'll be able to do a test build against Russ Allbery's fix to authentication for error documents in Firefly itself.
