      Description

      Tony Johnson's proposal https://lsstc.slack.com/files/U245F5ME3/F021CHJAQT0/emulated_image_naming_proposal.txt was accepted at the 2021-05-11 CAP meeting (to the degree that CAP is able to take decisions). This is OK by Kian-Tat Lim and Tim Jenness.

      We further decided that test stand data simulated data should be labelled P/Q rather than O/C.

      Please add support to AuxTel/ComCam/LSSTCam for Q data.
