      Description

      Older rubin-env versions will be installed with newer versions of clang (for macOS) and click that will cause code failures. Pin those (and any other relevant packages) to working versions in new builds of the existing versions.

          Reopened because this needs to be applied to 0.5.0 as well. And deprecated may need to be pinned for older weeklies.
