      Description

      This ticket came up in the context of `validate_drp_gen3` failing once we updated PA1. PA1 now requires at least 3 visits, and `validation_data_hsc` doesn't have 3 overlapping visits. We may need to create a CI dataset that contains more than 3 overlapping visits.
