Use correct shape measurement for ellipticity residual calculation

      Description

      After the rewrite of TEx metric calculation in `faro` (DM-26988), we have realized that the default shape being used for calculations is `slot_Shape`, which points to `base_TransformedShape`. This should instead be `base_SdssShape`. Update this in `faro`.
